Mr. Madan Gopal Babbar
Whole Time Director
Madan Gopal Babbar: Madan Gopal Babbar is the Whole Time Director on the board of our Company. He has a bachelor’s degree in Arts from the University of Kurukshetra in 1984 and joined our company in 1989 in the accounts department. He is also heading Accounts department of our Company. With 36 years of dedicated service, he has contributed to Financial Management, Accounting operations and budgeting.
Mrs. Sonam Jindal
Non-Executive Director
Sonam Jindal is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of our Company. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science in Business & Management Studies from the University of Bradford, completed in 2007.
She joined the Board of the Company on September 26, 2025. Sonam brings with her experience in human resource management, along with an understanding of organisational development and people-centric business practices. In her role as a Non-Executive Director, she provides guidance on governance matters and contributes to discussions on long-term strategy and stakeholder engagement.
She was also associated as a Director of VVJ Enterprise Private Limited (formerly known as J J Jindal Infin Private Limited) since January 2025.
Mr. Abhishek Jindal
Managing Director
Abhishek Jindal is the Chairman and Managing Director and the principal executive leader of the Company. He has been associated with the Company since 2007 and was appointed as a Director on April 2, 2025, and subsequently re-appointed as Managing Director with effect from November 17, 2025.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from the University of Greenwich. With over 18 years of experience in the ERW pipes and tubes industry, he brings deep sectoral expertise and a strong understanding of the Company’s business and operating environment.
Upon his re-association with the Company, he played a pivotal role in strengthening operational processes, sharpening strategic focus, and reinforcing governance and execution frameworks, contributing to the Company’s renewed growth trajectory.
As Chairman and Managing Director, he provides overall leadership and direction to the Company and is actively involved in strategic decision-making, operational oversight, and stakeholder engagement, positioning him as the driving force behind the Company’s growth and evolution.
He was previously associated with Jindal Retail (India) Private Limited and was also associated with the Company during 2017–18 as an Additional Director.
Mr. Abhiram Tayal
Independent Director
Mr. Abhiram Tayal is an Independent Director of the Company and was appointed to the Board on September 26, 2025. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from the University of Haryana, obtained in 1974, and has over 35 years of experience in strategic planning, financial management, and business development.
He has been associated with Hisar Metal Industries Limited, Hexa Tradex Limited, and Vibhor Steel Tubes Limited, and served as a Director of Jindal SAW Limited from 2015 to 2025.
MR. Kuldip Bhargava
Independent Director
Mr. Kuldip Bhargava is an Independent Director of the Company and has been associated with the Board since November 12, 2025. He brings with him over 35 years of extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, with particular expertise in stainless steel strips, foils, coils, tubes, and pipes.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Bhargava has held several leadership and board-level positions, contributing meaningfully to operational growth, strategic direction, and governance across organizations. His deep industry knowledge and long-standing experience have enabled him to provide valuable strategic insights in both manufacturing and allied sectors.
He is the Promoter Director of Quality Foils (India) Limited and Quality Stainless Private Limited. He also serves on the Board of Sobo Estate Development Private Limited.
In his earlier professional engagements, Mr. Bhargava served as a Director at JITF Shipyards Limited and Satellite Developers Private Limited from 2006 to 2013. He was also associated as a Director with Jindal SAW Limited from 2007 to 2015 and Jindal Quality Tubular Limited from 2018 to 2022.
MR. Vijay Kaushik
Independent Director
Mr. Vijay Kaushik is an Independent Director of the Company and has been on the Board since 23 September 2025.He is a graduate from Government College, Hisar, having completed his graduation in 1972. Mr. Kaushik has over 40 years of industry experience, including more than two decades of experience in the ERW pipes and tubes segment. He is the Promoter, Chairman and Director of Vibhor Steel Tubes Limited. He has also previously served as a Director of Jindal Drilling and Industries Limited.Mr. Kaushik is currently associated with United Seamless Tubular Private Limited as an Independent Director (since 2021), R N Securities Private Limited as a Promoter (since 2012), and Haryana Capfin Limited as an Independent Director (since 2024).With his extensive industry knowledge and leadership experience, Mr. Kaushik provides valuable independent judgment and contributes meaningfully to the Board’s deliberations.
